Hedgehog Creek is a free-to-play multiplayer web browser virtual world game developed by ScreenCactus. It has been under development since June 2020.
The game is designed to work on any modern HTML5 browser that also supports WebGL. This includes mobile and tablets in portrait mode or desktop browsers.
ScreenCactus is a solo indie developer from the UK. He started developing this site during the first UK lockdown. As it was a time of isolation, ScreenCactus wanted to create an online world to bring people together, inspired by the multiplayer worlds of the "Flash Era" that he used to enjoy playing when he was younger.
